Legal Complaints Software | Complaints Register

Our legal complaints software solution is comprised of a  Complaints ManagementComplaints Checklist and Complaints Register module.

Each individual complaint will contain a large amount of information, from the dates and time of particular events, to the correspondence exchanged between client and firm. Every complaint managed through our Complaints handling application will automatically record and maintain a register of this information to be viewed by any authorised staff member.

This means that if a client calls up to enquire about a complaint they have logged, the complaints officer, or Fee Earner, or anyone else has the ability to quickly search for the complaint in question and respond accordingly to the client.

A sample register would contain:

Date complaint received
Name of client
Fee earner involved
Fee earner’s supervisor
Nature of complaint
Date of start of investigation Date of letter to client explaining process
Location of letter on IT system
Date of any internal meeting with client
Outcome of investigation
Date of letter to client at end of investigation
Location of letter on IT system
Is the complaint resolved?
